Shama Consult Africa invites you to a 5-days-training workshop on Advanced Project Management, Monitoring and Evaluation Training (APMME Course) to be held in Nairobi, Kenya.
The training workshop has been designed with a holistic capacity building approach to empower participants achieve competency in project management, monitoring and evaluation skills as key management skills in managing donor projects. The course is provide on-site to leverage on the participants’ effective participation and experiential case studies in selected donor projects so as to apply the sound project management, monitoring and evaluation knowledge and skills so as to synchronize gained knowledge and skills with donor requirements, changes and new developments. Project management, monitoring and evaluation is an exciting and emerging field in international humanitarian and development projects and is essential in helping managers, planners, implementers, policy makers, and donors acquire the information and understanding they need to make informed decisions about donor projects’ operations.
