Shama Consult Africa invites you to a 3-day training workshop on Leadership & Management for Donor Projects (OLM Course) to be held in Nairobi, Kenya.
The main objective of this training workshop is to build capacity of the participants to understand key issues relating to the internal leadership, management and governance of organizations implementing donor projects. This course will result in participants’ effective application of the knowledge and skills gained in effective leadership, management and governance of organizations implementing donor projects.
